Join Dr. Tselane Gardener and Stacey Inal in Playa Potrero, Costa Rica, for an all-inclusive experience designed to revive your passionate self! We will energize your spirit through daily workshops, reflections, and relaxation.

Enjoy yoga, sounds baths, and mindfulness next to our private pool. Three catered meals a day, housekeeping and full relaxation are included. As women, we know you are usually taking care of everyone else. Our goal will be to take care of you and your needs! We will provide space where you do not have to worry about a thing other than self-care, learning, and having fun.
